TSC Young Concept and International Relations

French young cardiologists proposed the concept of having a worldwide organization consisting of young cardiologists and cardiologists in training for the first time in 2009 ESC Meeting held in Barcelona.

Upon recognition of lack of having such worldwide organizations, an organization has been founded by ESC and named as CoT (Cardiologist of Tomorrow) welcoming young cardiologists under 40 years old. The operational structure of this group has been updated this year and started to work under the name of “ESC Board Committee for Young Cardiovascular Professionals”.

In Turkey, the TSC Young Board and Executive Committee has been founded for the same purposes and operating within the body of the Turkish Society of Cardiology on behalf of young cardiologists of Turkey.

TSC Young Membership

To become a member of TSC Young, being a member of TSC is required. Any applicant under 40 years old and already a TSC member can apply for the membership of TSC Young by filling in the forms in TSC Young web portal.
