• Participants or sponsors who do not receive accommodation services from the congress agency during the scientific activities of the congress will pay 1200 TL separately for a total of 4 days cost to the housing agency.

CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS of REGISTRATION

• Cancellation requests for registration must be communicated to Invictus Tourism and Organization by e-mail to kardiyoloji@invictuscongress.org
• Cancellation requests made until May 31, 2019 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date May 31, 2019. It will be possible to make name changes x until latest September 28, 2019. Turkish Society of Cardiology and Invictus Tourism do not accpet any responsibility for any changes after very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.

• Please note that for guests arriving one night in advance, the above-mentioned one night additional fee calculated based upon the fees mentioned above will apply, as meetings begin on 3rd of October at 10:00
• Your hotel room allocation will be delivered to your side following the delivery of your request on accommodation to the agency. In the congress, the hotel room allocations will be performed in accordance with the allocation request date and payment date.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Invictus Tourism before the congress.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.

TRANSFERS

• The one-way general transfer fee from airport to hotel and vice versa is 150.-TL per person.
• Please contact with Invictus Tourism for your private transfer requests.
