- Participants and sponsors who do not buy the accommodation service from congress agency shall make the additional payment of 585 TL to the congress agency’s bank account which is the 3-day external participant fee requested by the hotel, as the congress hotel Titanic Deluxe is in <all-inclusive concept>
- Full payment shall be made to the TSC account number before the starting date of the congress.

- Total amount of accommodation is required to be transferred to the bank account of Invictus Turizm, before the congress.
- Agency reserves the right to cancel the uncompleted accommodation requests or to shift the booking request to another hotel.

Transfers
Single-way airport-hotel shuttle transfer fee is 95 TL per person.

Cancellation Conditions for Registry and Accommodation
- Cancellation request for registry and accommodation shall be submitted to “Invictus Turizm ve Organizasyon”, in writing.
- For cancellations till the date 31st of May 2017, reimbursement shall be made after deduction of bank costs and 1 night fee for every cancelled room. Name changes shall be accepted at latest 28th of September 2017. Turkish Society of Cardiology and Invictus Turizm shall not accept any responsibility on changes to be made after that date.
- No reimbursement shall be made for the cancellations after 18 October 2017.
- Only name changes shall be accepted after 18 October 2017.
- All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.
