• Participants or sponsors who do not receive accommodation service from the meeting agency during the scientific activities of the meeting, also have external participants for coffee breaks and lunch at the meeting hotel Conrad Hotel.
• The fee must be deposited into the meeting agency account.
• All participation fees must be deposited to the TKD account number stated below before the meeting.

A 18% VAT will be added to the fees.
Before the meeting, the entire fee must paid to the account number stated below.

ACCOMODATION FEES

Accommodation Cost includes;

• Accommodation for 2 nights including breakfast (4-6 May 2023)
• 8% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the accommodation prices
• After you notify the agency of your accommodation request, your hotel room distribution will be sent to you. At the meeting, hotel room allocation will be made according to the application date and payment date.
• Before the meeting, the entire accommodation fee must be deposited to the Invictus Turizm account number specified below.
• The agency reserves the right to cancel incomplete accommodation requests or shift them to another hotel.

MEETING PARTICIPATION FEE

Meeting Package

Meeting Participation Cost includes;

• 2 coffee breaks and lunch with 1 soft drink per day for 3 days (4-6 May 2023)
• A 18% VAT will be added to the meeting participation costs
• The participants should pay the Meeting Package fee for 3 days in addition to the registration fees. The participants who have not paid such fee will not be able to enter into the congress center.

TRANSFER FEES

• A 18% VAT will be added to the transfer costs

Transfer details should be noti_ed to Invictus Congress of_cials in writing at least 3 days before the start of the meeting.

All accommodation and transfer fees should be deposited to the INVICTUS CONGRESS

The agency reserves the right to cancel unpaid requests.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

• All cancellation requests should be noti_ed in writing to Invictus Tourism Congress and Organization Services.
• For cancellation requests before 13 March, 2023, 10% of the deposited registration and accommodation fee will be refunded after deducting the bank charges.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 13 March, 2023.
• Name changes will be accepted only after 13 March, 2023.
• All refunds will be done after the congress.
