Congress Language: The official language of the congress will be English. There will be simultaneous translation to Turkish
Name Badges: All guests are kindly asked to wear their badges during the congress in a visible manner at all times for security reasons.
Exibition Area: KDuring the Congress, a booth area constituted by the pharmaceutical industry, medical firms and publishers will be open between 08:00 – 18:30.
Invitation Letter: Upon request, the Organisation Committee will be pleased to send a personal invitation to participants, to facilitate visa and other formalities. This letter should not be considered as an offer of financial support from the organisers.
Certificate of Attendance: A certificate of attendance will be presented to all registered participants.
Organization Secretariat: The Organizing Committee has designated Invictus Tourism as the official agency of the congress. We would kindly ask you to address your requests to Invictus Tourism (pvd2019@invictuscongress.org)
