REGISTRATION FEE

Participants or sponsors who do not receive accommodation service from the congress agency during the congress scientific activities must also deposit 1.950.-TL, which is the external participant fee requested by the hotel, to the congress agency account due to the fact that the congress hotel Kaya Palazzo Convention Center works in the < all inclusive > concept.

All congress registration fees must be paid to the following TSC account number before the congress.

ACCOMMODATION FEES - 4 NIGHTS
(Check-in on 17th of November & Check-out on 21th of November)

**As the meetings start at 08:30 on November 18, our guests will need to stay for four nights in order to attend the full program of our congress.

Please note that after you notify the agency of your accommodation request, your hotel room options will be sent to you. The hotel room distribution at the congress hotels will be based on the application date and payment date.

All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Invictus Tourism before the congress.

Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.
