ACCOMMODATION FEE - 4 NIGHTS (Check- in on 19th of October – Check- Out on 23rd of October)

• As the meetings on October 20, start on 08:30, accommodation fees stated above shall be applicable to the ones who are required to arrive one night before.
• Your hotel room allocation will be delivered to your side following the delivery of your request on accommodation to the agency. In the congress, the hotel room allocations will be performed in accordance with the allocation request date and payment date.
• All accommodation fees are required to be transferred to the below stated bank account of Invictus Tourism before the congress.
• Agency reserves the right to cancel the request or make change on the accommodation hotel in case of incomplete fee payments.

• VAT shall be added to the accommodation fees

TRANSFERS

• The one-way general transfer fee from airport to hotel and vice versa is 150.-TL per person.
• Please contact with Invictus Tourism for your private transfer requests.

CANCELLATION CONDICTIONS of ACCOMMODATION

• Cancellation requests for accommodation must be must be communicated to Invictus Tourism and Organization  by e-mail to the address kardiyoloji@invictuscongress.org.
• Cancellation requests made until May 31, 2018 will be refunded fully after the deduction of bank costs.
• There will be no refund for the cancellations made after the date May 31, 20118. It will be possible to make name changes latest until September 28, 2018. Turkish Society of Cardiology and Invictus Tourism do not accept any responsibility for any changes after  very date.
• All reimbursements shall be made after the end of the congress.
