Meeting Venue
The meeting venue is the Topkapý and Kremlin Palace Hotels which are
located 20 minutes away from the Antalya Airport.
Continuous Medical Education Credits
The congress will receive the Turkish Medical Association CME credits.
Also EBAC (European Board of Accreditation Council) application has been
made.
Ministry of Health Approval
Appplications have been made to Turkish Ministry of Health to ensure
that all the doctors who are
registreted to the congress will be considered on-duty. All the
participants who have completed their
registrations are entitled to recieve an invitation letter.
Exhibition Areas
A large exhibition area has been reserved for pharmaceutical, medical
and literature
companies to present their products. It is obligatory to complete the
registration to visit the exhibits.

Meeting Room Technical Equipments
All the meeting rooms are equipped with LCD data projectors, computers,
DVD player and standard sound system equipments. Speakers are kindly
asked to inform Figur Congress Services if they need any other equipment
in addition to those mentioned latest by November 15th , 2006.

Best Presentation Award
Each of the 3 abstracts which will receive the highest point from the
Abstract Evaluation Committee will be awarded with 1250.-YTL. The
evalution results will be announced at the Opening Ceremony.
Poster Award
The best poster award which will be implemented for the eleventh year
will be given to the poster, elected to be the best, both according to
its content and presentation, by the Poster Selection Committee.
In each of the two congress days, the author of the elected poster of
the day will be presented both by a certificate and 250.-YTL monetary
support for his/her efforts.
Abstract Book
Oral and poster abstracts will be published in the supplement of Turkish
Society of Cardiology Archieves. They will also be published on CD.
Simultaneous Translation
All the conferences and symposia at Hall I, Hall II and Hall III will be
translated simultaneously from Turkish into English and from English
into Turkish.
Posters
Posters should be prepared in dimensions of 70 cm x 100 cm. They should
be eligible from a distance of 2 meters.
