INVITATION

Dear Colleague,

The 3^rd Intercontinental Pulmonary Vascular Diseases Meeting will take place in Istanbul from May 3-4, 2019. Traditionally our meeting has marked the progresses in the field of Pulmonary Vascular Diseases and has anticipated future developments. Each new meeting has increased the attendance compared with the previous one, testifying the growing interest of the stakeholders of this area.

Bearing in mind the multidisciplinary essence of the Pulmonary Vascular Diseases, our Meeting aims at bringing together the physicians from various specializations such as Cardiologists, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialists, Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, Pulmonary Specialist, Rheumatologists, Radiologists as well as the nurses, technicians and the representatives of health authorities from various countries and the delegates of patient associations in order to increase global cooperation and collaboration to develop and raise awareness.

We have the objectives stated below as part of our target for all delegates to gain by participating in the 2019 Meeting;

• We will review the major advances in pulmonary vascular treatment options and science in the last two years,
• The participants will analyze the available evidence in different basic and clinical treatment areas that will be presented by experts,
• The expert speakers will summarize the results of previous researches,
• We will discuss the best treatment options and discuss the implementation of those in our clinics,
• The participants will discuss at the symposium sessions with worldwide experts and with other stakeholders,

We hope to foster constructive scientific interactions and collaborations during the meeting.

We hope you share our enthusiasm and join us in this Meeting during the incredible season of tulips in Istanbul.
