Personal Data:

In 1981 graduated the faculty of general medicine of the Turkmen State Medical Institute.

From 1981 to 1982 worked as the doctor-intern in Ashgabat (at present Ahal) regional hospital.

From 1983 to 1989 worked as resident doctor of endocrinological department of  Republican clinical hospital.

From 1989 to 1995 worked as the assistant of department of propedetics of internal illnesses of Turkmen State medical institute.

From 1995 to 1997 worked as the head doctor of the Scientific research institute of Preventive and clinical medicine.

In 1998 worked as the first deputy director of the medical-advisory center of Turkmenistan after S.A.Niyazov.

From 1998 to 2005 worked as the principal scientific officer, the head of an advisory polyclinic of  Hospital with the science-clinical Centre of cardiology.

Since 2006 up to present time the Academic secretary of Hospital with the science-clinical Centre of cardiology.

In 1995  completed Candidate's dissertation and in 2004 tested a doctoral thesis at the St. Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (Russian Federation).

Published more than 200 scientific works, including those abroad.

One of the active organizers of the scientific society of cardiologists of Turkmenistan, a member of the Association of Cardiologists of the Turkic world.

In 2008 he organized and successfully conducted the 6th  International Congress of Cardiologists of the Turkic World in Ashgabat.

From 2008 up to 2014 y.y. was the vice-president of the Association of Cardiologists of the Turkic world.

The organizer of various scientific conferences on cardiology in Turkmenistan, Turkey, Russia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.

Passed the professional development courses in Germany, Austria, Portugal, Turkey, Russia, as well as in the USA under the program "Hospitals Administration and Public Health Management".
